~ Certificate is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full
~ It is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance
~ Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
~ Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any special offers, promotions or discounts
~ Certificates are non-transferable
~ Certificates will be deemed as having been used in full if the appointment made with it is cancelled with less than 48 hours before the booked appointment
~ You will be asked for the admin code at time of booking
~ Please bring the Certificate with you to your appointment
